What's for Dinner 10/27

DD wants pork chops, so pork chops it is. I will be making some sauteed cabbage and buttery mashed potatoes to go with it, and some bread and butter.

We're having breakfast. Pancakes, sausage, eggs (whites for me), and OJ. MIL is coming over. Thankfully, we're getting along better. I'm really glad I didn't ship her off to pawprint.

Slow cooked roast, some kind of winter squash that I've never had before (I LOVE squash and love trying different kinds lol), and maybe a salad or some brown rice for the kids.
