I just took parmesan crusted chicken wings and a shepherd's pie out of the oven, but we're having loaded nachos (ground chuck, salsa, onions, cheese & sour cream) and black beans for supper.

We had grilled chicken wings Saturday night, and there were too many to grill, so I found a recipe for some baked ones for DH ~ they're going to the freezer when they cool.

I thawed a family pack of ground chuck to make a meatloaf yesterday, so I cooked what I didn't use with some onions. I used a little to make a sloppy joe DH for lunch today, mixed some with salsa for the nachos tonight and used the rest for the pie.

Since I had leftover mashed potatoes from yesterday, all I had to do was cook some mixed veggies in beef broth, thicken the broth and layer it all in a baking dish. It, too, is going into the freezer in individual servings when it cools enough to cut.

The wings and the pie baked at the same time :)

YAY for freezer stash!!!

Deprnds on if DH goes to bed as soon as he gets home from work or not.

If he does not: Sundried tomato alfredo with shrimp and bacon, with garlic cheese toast.

If he does: Pot pies.

We had the alfredo. DH stayed awake just long enough to eat and fell asleep in the chair with his empty bowl in his lap.
