Please read journal for details on life so far. http://RKeith12.livejournal.com/

I don't want to count calories or anything like that. Is there a site out there that is for nursing moms who want to loose weight? I would really like something like this. That is a site that provides meal plans and what not for free to those nursing.

Anything like that would be GREATLY appreciated. I have a hard enough time trying to figure out if I'm hungry or not. I normally eat once or twice a day. Drink maybe two or three glasses of beverage. Tend to sleep for about 9+ hours, in a row. I do still take care of my kids.

What are the basic nutritional needs of a mother nursing twins? I.E. how much calcium should I be taking and so forth.

The kellymom site is really good I guess besides that my advice would be to just let the weight worries go for right now. You are a mama nursing 2 babies and honestly that should be your main focus right now. Try to eat healthy and limit the processed goods as much as you can. Maybe make a big batch of soup, chili, lasagna, or pasta sauce and freeze it into portions so you can just stick that in the microwave instead of the tv dinner type stuff that doesn't offer tons of nutrition. Try to up your water too and avoid soda and "junk" drinks (i drink my 1 diet pepsi every day so i understand the need). WeightWatchers has a program for nursing moms but it's not free. And also the foodguide pyramid people have a thing for nursing moms...you enter your info and it gives you exactly what you should be getting in a day...I'll try to find it for you. Eat lots of fruits and veggies 'cause those babies need those vitamins and so do you. Congrats on nursing twins I'm sure it's tough!

Here's the site: hope this helps! http://www.mypyramid.gov/mypyramidmoms/breastfeeding_weight_loss.html
