I LOVE my MIL!

We went to visit DH's parents and pick up DD1, and she was cleaning out her closets.
Well, she gave me 7 pairs of almost new pants, some look like they have never been worn. I so needed pants, I had a pair of capris and 2 pairs of pj pants that fit properly. She also gave me a Medieval dress, but I will have to do a little work on it, it is too small in the bust. (I am thinking I will take out the back seam to the waist, then put in eyelets and lace it up) It is purple.
She also gave me a bunch of tshirts to make CD out of, and some shirts for me to wear as well. Oh, and two bags full of high quality soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion/bodywash from a really nice hotel she had to stay in for almost 3 months. I am going to give some to the kids in their stockings, and give some to my friends kids for Christmas.

Yep, I was tired of wearing the same pair of capris everyday.
What is even better is that one of the pairs of pants she gave me are the exact same pants that were my fave pants five years ago, just in plain black rather than pinstripes. They are just as comfy and flattering as I remember the other pair to be. :)

Cool, it's good all around when you can give something you don't want and someone else really does. More space for her, more stuff for you. Win win.
