Don't know what to do!!

I have had a little issue for the whole evening and I don't know what I am going to do about it!! I have intense lower abdominal cramping to the point of crying!!! It's not anywhere near the time for my period, I just finished beginning of last week and I ovulated monday this week, so it rules of both of them. I was driving and all of a sudden I had crazy pressure in my lower back and the only other time that I had felt that in my life was when I was in labour after the epidural. Off and on all day I have felt little fluttery feelings in my lower stomach. I should mention that my last period was very weird. I got it in the morning and it was extremely heavier(more than normal) and by the end of the day it was almost gone and than the next day it pick right back up again. My stomach has been uncomfortable for the last couple of weeks, don't know why. Anyway, I am in extreme pain and I tried to take a painkiller which did nothing so I decided to have a bath which seemed to lessen the pain somewhat, but now it's back. Someone please help me!!

I'd go see a doctor as there are a number of things that could be causing that sort of discomfort.. it could be cyst, fibroids, (all of which are not really anything to worry about if you do have it) or just a bad period. Or.. it could have nothing to do with your reproductive system at all.. you should just get it checked out by a doctor

I would go and see your doctor....as the previous poster has stated. Is it possible that you are pregnant? Do you still have your appendix? Do you have a history with ovarian and/or tubal cysts?

No matter what your history is I would seriously go and see a doctor because there are alot of things this could be that if you wait to long could become dangerous to your health.

Thanks ladies. I did go to the doctor this morning and she ordered blood work and an ultrasound. She said she thinks I may be pregnant. I guess we'll see and I'll keep you posted. Thanks for all the help.

did she check to see it wasn't tubal right?

So I've gotten the ultrasound done and the blood work came back. Everything looks fine. I know that I have an irritable uterus, it started when I was pg with DS. So basically my doc. told me that there's nothing that can be done and to take pain meds. I am soo frustrated!! I need to find a different job cause standing all day makes it worse. So wish me luck!!
