ok, so i just bought this book on ebay. it basically just means you eat every 3 hours to keep your metabolism up

i watched these before i bought it. tell me has anyone tried it or does any one want to try it with me? :hugegrin:

I was thinking it was going to be some kind of joke about a diet only lasting 3 hrs. lol

Being pregnant, I'm having issues eating 3 hrs apart... I start feeling nauseas. So, I may not be the best candidate to join the club.
