Okay, I pump several times a day while I'm at work and then again in the evening. I've gotten larger sheilds because I was getting a line on one side when I finished. Now my nipples are kind of white when I'm done and it HURTS at the beginning of each session and when dd latches on initially. I bought the next size up yesterday but then was looking at the sizing diagram on the box and now I'm thinking I need smaller rather than bigger. Any suggestions?
