My 9 month old dd has been a wonderful sleeper her whole life unless there is a tooth coming in. And even then she'll wake up, I'll feed her and put her back to bed no problem (we don't co-sleep except after her morning feed).
The past couple weeks, this has changed. It could still be teeth but it's different than it has been. She's been waking, I'll feed her and she'll sleep in my arms but I can't put her down or she wakes back up. I was up an hour and a half Friday night and then passed her to dh and he was up an hour before he could put her down. Saturday night she didn't wake up until 4 so I just brought her to bed since it was going to be about time to get up when we finally got her down anyway. Last night I was up with her another hour and a half and finally brought her to bed. Of course by then she wasn't hungry anymore and wanted to play. I work full time and need some ideas. We don't really want her in our bed full time and I don't want to CIO.
I've read here that 9 months is a pretty common time to start waking and dd just started dc two weeks ago so I know all this is playing into it. How long does it last (the 9 month waking stage)???
