Hey All!
It's been awhile since I've posted...hoping some of you can help!
My DD is still breastfeeding her usual 5-6 times a day, STTN. She gets a jar of fruit in the am and a jar of veggies in the pm. This has been the pattern for a few months now.
So, my issue is this. I work 3 12 hour shifts per week (7p-7a). For the first few months when I came back I was pumping every 3 hours through my shift and would get 3 ounces each breast each time. A month or so ago I started pumping only twice per shift. My breasts just didn't seem as full, and to be honest, I was tired of pumping all the time!! So, the other day I happened to notice that I only had 4 bags of frozen BM left!! Now I am in panic mode!! I am planning on going back to pumping more at work, but will my supply catch up?? I had to give her two ounces of formula mixed with 4 ounces of BM tonight for my DH to feed her....I was devastated!! I know it's not the worst thing, but she hasn't has ANY formula since the first week of life!! I always has a large milk supply and now I feel like it's dwindling! HELP!! I want to give her only BM the first year! Any suggestions!!
Sorry so long!!

I had a dip in my suplly around that time and thank god for my freezer stash. You have to increase your pumping session while at work to every 3 hours. When you are home nurse as much as possible
Good luck

It should come back. When I started giving epb only (instead of nursing) at 9 months, my supply was very low, but by pumping more times, I got it to be to where I can save about 20-30oz a week
