blessed thistle

ok.. so right now i'm taking fenugreek 5 caps 3 times a day.. and i plan to add blessed thistle when it arrives in the mail... was wondering how much should i take of that??? in addition?

I also take a huge bunch of fenugreek. I only take 2 caps 3 times a day of the blessd thistle. It does help with the fenugreek but I found that taking more of it didn't really help
