A pullup question

Last weekend I broke down and bought DS some pullups to train in since he would just wet his underwear and the diapers weren't helping. So the pullups are working pretty well for the day time. DS does not often wake up dry, has happened 3 times. So we still use diapers at night but I am wondering about the night time pullups. Are they very absorbant? DS wakes up soaked through his diaper often but I am so sick of buying diapers.

my dd pees a lot and we use regular pull ups on her and she rarely pees thru, we have limited her liquid intake in the evenings and that has helped too

We use the night time pull-ups with my DD1. She's 3 1/2 and wears panties during the day, but just isn't quite ready for panties at night. They have leaked a few times, but very rarely. We've tried cheaper brands of night time "pull ups" and they leak really badly. I give the real things a thumbs up!

I would stick with the diapers. They're cheaper and probably do absorb more than a pull-up.
