Help me out--movie camera for kids

I've seen this commercial for a movie camera for children. It looks like it's targetted to young kids--preschool to first gradish. I'm almost sure that it's Fisher Price and I think it's blue. All I can find online is the blue digital camera, which I don't think is it.

Has anyone seen this commercial? I have a five year old who would love this.

I've seen it too but don't remember the brand. Could it be Vtech?
