It's free for a basic membership, and something like $20 monthly or yearly for a premium membership. You upload your designs and they put them on mugs, bags, whatever. You set the price and get a percentage of the earnings.
I tried it and never made a dime, but I only put in a tiny bit of effort. If your serious about it, you could probably do well.

dh has done it before, the quality is rather cheap, but it gets your product out there.

Oh, and you need to be good at advertising your store. Spread the word, pass out links and so on, so it's easier to find. :) I didn't do that either.
Unless you plan on buying them yourself, then you wouldn't need to do that.

Not all products are available to free stores. If there is something you want that isn't accessible, let me know babe. I can help you. I've had a store for like 5 years.
