can breast milk be contaiminated?

I work full time so I pump teice a day while I'm at work. Well, i had the worse either stomache bug or else food poisoning last night and I'm trying to figure out if my ebm is okay to send to daycare? Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm so worried I;m going to make my DS sick :(

Yes, it is perfectly fine to have him drink your milk. Actually it is preferable for him to drink it because whatever bug you may have, antibodies have already been created in your milk, which will protect your LO from getting what you have when he consumes it.
