increasing my breastmilk...

My daughter is 11 months old and she will be a year old on the 25th of this month. My milk supply is slowly decreasing, and wanted to know know first hand from other mothers what I should do and what I should or could take, or if I should just start weaning:( I dont want to wean lol I love Breastfeeding!

I don't see why you should wean if you both are still interested in continuing.

What I have done before to give my supply a boost is to pick a 48hr period where I could pump 10-15mins after I nurse DD. That really helped with my supply. I tried Fenugreek and it didn't really help.

I am going to try that...I have fenugreek but am weary about taking it.
