is growing up! He is nearing the 2 year mark very soon. Talking like crazy, with new words each day.

He is also using the potty some! I was shocked! DD used the potty early, but then we tried to get her to keep doing it and pushed her. I regret that big time, and swore I would not do it with him. So we decided to let him call the shots. When he asks to potty we take him. At this age we never ask him if he has to go, but he is using the potty about 2 times a day.

He is so funny he says "Pooooop Momma!" then when he tells you he has pooped he will say "I go UGH (grunt) LOL!

he is also sleeping in the big boy bed some. He pointed at it and said "no dis bed."

Loved this, and had to share it here! DH was "interviewing" the kids tonight, and asked Lilly "What is your fav thing to eat?" she answered, and then he asked Brody "what is your fav thing to drink?" He pointed to me and said "Momma boo!" LOL! I LOVED that!

Sadly, (for me) he is only nursing 1-2 times a day. I am kind of sad about that, but also looking forward to being able to eat some real food!

One more story. he was chewing on something the other day and I said "Brody, what do you ahve in your mouth?" he smlied so sweetly and said "booger." :puke:

I told him "Brody we do not eat
those, that is nasty." He looks at me agian and smiles and said "Yum dey good." I could not help it, Lilly was laughing so hard she was crying, I had to crack up! Gross though!

Such a sweet baby boy, but growing up too fast! Ilove this age!

So, I just wanted to update on my sweetie pie!

I'd have to laugh, too. LOL

Lucas will grab his foot and actually stick his big toe in his nose, sniff and go "Peuuuuu!" No matter how hard I try not to laugh, it gets me every time. LOL

That's great about the potty, too! He'll be there in no time!
Thanks for sharing! I love hearing about all the milestones. : )

LOL, I LOVED the part about the booger. My son is 14 months & really getting the hang of the whole walking thing, he also just started to do high 5's - it's really funny. But the part about the booger reminded me of my SO, he used to actually EAT his boogers. It was when he was a little kid but I still tease him about it. :p
