I'm not a vegan, but I do like some vegan recipes. I'm impressed with that site - it's very extensive.

but what does carob powder taste like?

Not chocolate that is for sure. My Mom always tried to convince us that it tasted just like it.

No you don't need to add sugar. It looks like that recipe gets it's sweetness from bananas and dates.

Love that! thanks for sharing. We are not vegan but find some egan recipies work for us with the FA.
