Crazy hat day help needed

Friday is crazy hat day at DD's school. Please gimme some ideas!

Well, what kind of hats do you have on hand? Or do you plan to buy one?

Newspaper-Comic strip page-Sailor hat painted with slogans.

Tinfoil hat, with antennai?

I have no hats in my house. I'll have to buy one but I can add on to whatever I buy. I like the sailor hat idea.

I got a foam cowgirl hat at the craft store & Emily decorated it. She even stuck pipe cleaners in it, puff balls, glitter glue & hung a sock down on each side.

Pary city is great for this. Last time we used a straw hat ($1.99) and made a birds nest on top of it.

The craft stores may have cone shaped hats that could be decorated to become a party hat, a princess hat - ooh what about the double-pointed cone hat? That would be fun.
