I am a working mother. My daughter is 4 months old. She does great with Breastfeeding when I am home. She eats in the am before I leave for work and then she gets 2 5oz bottles while I am at work (breast milk) I then feed her 2 more times before she goes to bed. She sleeps through the night just fine. Yesterday she nursed on me 3 times in the evening. Today the babysitter called and said that she was crying and would not stop. She was not due to eat for a nother 1/2-45min. I told her to go ahead and feed her. That was what was worng she was hungrey. Could she be having a gowth spurt? If so do I just nurse more in the evening or will I have to give her more while I am at work? Thanks!

I agree that it is probably a growth spurt and your instincts are so good--just feed her more when you are with her.
