Baby stopped nursing and won't take bottle

My baby is 6 months old and this is the first time he has refused to nurse. He won't drink anything. It's been 4 days. He's eating a lot of food, and the pediatrician said he would get fluids from the food.... but I'm a little worried. I also noticed a few weeks ago that his tongue is dark. What is that all about? We were at the doctor's office on the 9th and he got 3 vaccinations and a flu shot. Is he weaning himself cold-turkey? He just screams when I offer him the breast.

I think you need to see a pediatrician. It's not normal or healthy for a 6-month-old baby to take NO fluids. He's not going to get the necessary fluid intake just from solid foods. Please contact your pediatrician ASAP, my concern is that he will get dehydrated.
