DD is sick again. Ugh! Frustrating!! Our house just was all sick a little over a month ago.
She's got a good cough, sounds very congested in her chest, has a runny nose, and a fever. The fever/congestion/runny nose started last night and I stayed home from work with her today.
Anyone have any suggestions to help her feel better? We've put her in the bathroom with the shower running, am nursing as much as she wants to nurse, letting her sleep as much as she wants, offering food every so often.
At what point would she need to see her pediatrician? The highest temp. she was today was 102 (added one degree as it was under arm and that was 101)
Not sure if I should call in to work tomorrow. My family comes first but we are short staffed at work. Another new co-worker is also out sick. But I don't want to send her to daycare if she's feeling all yucky to begin with.
ETA- and might I add, when she is sick- she is clingy and prefers mommy over daddy. I don't mind so much but it can be draining on the body. Forget to mention, DD is 18 months old:)
