Woohoo!! Update below!!
A house a few doors down from me is having a yard sale and they've got a toddler bed out there for sale. I haven't been down there to look closely at it, and only saw it while driving past. It appears to have a plastic headboard and it has Dora on it (DD loves Dora), and we really do need a toddler bed. She has one of those convertible cribs transformed to the "toddler bed" now, but it still has bars on 3 sides, which I don't like.
Anyway, my question: About how much would be a reasonable price range to ask/pay for a used toddler bed? I really have no idea, but would like just an idea so I'll know if it is worth it when I go down there and ask the price. It does appear to come with a mattress.
DD doesn't sleep in her current toddler bed, and DH and I have been talking about getting a *real* toddler bed that we can put next to our own bed in hopes of transitioning her over to it one of these days.
