OK my left breast is bigger then my right breast.I breastfeed my daughter every day on my right side ,and then when it`s time for bed i breastfeed her on my left side and that is the side i use all night. my milk is low on my right side and i don`t no how to get it back up it has been like this since i had my thrush last month, but that is now gone and my right breast is still smaller then the other. is there anything i can do for that? how do i get my breast milk even on both sides ?

I would be guessing, but maybe nurse/pump more on the left side? Good luck.

Why don't you try switching back and forth?

If it hasn't been going on long, try to even out the time she spends on each breast & pump afterwards to build supply.

This.

Also, it is not uncommon to be uneven as far as supply and size. Especially if you are only nursing on one side (the same side) overnight.

well i breastfeed on the lower side during the day and the bigger side during the night.

During the night, though, how much is she eating compared to the day? If I let my DD, she would nurse all night long without stopping, which is WAY more than she is nursing during the day. What is the amount of time she is nursing (how many sessions and for how long) between the two breasts? If there is a significant difference in time there, then that could be your explanation.

well at night she is only breastfed only to times only to go back to sleep and that like 10 or 15 mins. and during the day when i breast feed her on the lower side she breastfeeds for like 45 mins to an hour. on my lower breast i feed her like 5 or 6 time a day and my bigger side i breastfeed her only 4 times.

Then it could be that she is just draining your smaller side, and not that it has lower supply, but that she is consuming so much more from it that it is producing enough for the next feeding between feedings, and is making quite enough for her to eat, but it is being quickly removed during the day. And that the other side is bigger because the milk is being built up in it all day long and only being removed a few times during the night.

How old is your DD?

she is 8 months but she will be 9 months on the 2, 4 days be for my birthday.

So she is old enough for your supply to have "evened out" and you should, for the most part, be producing on demand, and your body not just still be in frantic over-production mode.

If she is getting enough food in, I really wouldn't worry about it too much. You can pump to try to boost production on that side if you like, though.

My DD is 3 and still nursing, but mostly goes for one side. Sometimes she'll try the other and get nothing, then start patting my boob and telling it to wake up. :)
It's been mostly empty like that for about the past 6 months, but I haven't had near the supply on that side for about the past 18 months or so. It's all supply and demand.

Most women naturally when not nursing have one breast that is larger than another one. often because you are right handed, your right breast may be larger. When breastfeeding that may equate to one breast having a bit more storage capacity and be a bit larger. Of course, when you start wanting to eat, read, type with your right hand, and hold baby and nurse with your left, sometimes you switch and your left breast becomes larger. this can have a lasting effect or be short lived and end when you wean.

You are trying to boost your right breast by nursing only on your right breast during the day, but baby is nursing for 45 mintues at a time on your right breast? In order to save my sanity, I'd decide to ignore any lopsidedness and feed the baby on alternating breasts during the day, and put baby on the right breast for a time at night as well.

going all night long without nursing may also be sending a message to your right breast that it doesn't need to make so much milk cause we can go all night long without needing you. so it's not upping the supply.

stimulating that right breast all day long and all night long every few hours would probably do more to up your supply in that breast and even you out a bit.
