new pump

Do you think I'll see a decrease in amoutn since I am changing from the medela lactine select (hospital grade) to a PIS pump? I bought one, and it arrived today. I pump twice a day at work, and DS will be 1 year on the 18th of March!

When I switched from my hospital grade pump (Symphony) to the one I bought (Medela FreeStyle) I didn't see any difference in the amount I pumped. It stayed very consistent. I didn't have to pump longer or with a greater suction either.

I hope it doesnt slow things down. But I'm using it now, for the first time, and its much louder than I thought it would be. thats something I'll have to get used to. And it sounds like it says "wacko" while it's pumping!
