Hello,
I am worried that my daughter is eating too much solid food and not getting enough breastmilk at this point. Here is a sample menu for a day.

6 am - nurse

8 am - 1/4 c cereal mixed with water
3.5 oz baby food fruit
water to drink

10 am - 3 oz pumped breastmilk

12 - 1 T meat
4 oz baby food veggie
3.5 oz baby food fruit
3 oz pumped breastmilk

3 pm - 3 oz breastmilk
small banana

6 pm - nurse
3 oz baby food dinner
handful of peas
3.5 oz baby food fruit
1/4 c baby cereal

715 pm - nighttime sleep routine nurse (more for relaxation - she does drink some though)

she still gets up at least one time per night to nurse.

Please let me know if you think she is getting enough breastmilk. I pump at work while she is at daycare and can get about 3 oz per session that is why i give her that to drink at daycare. Do you think i need to suppliment?
Thank you

From what you described, it looks like she is getting anywhere from 6 -8 feedings of breastmilk per day. This is perfectly fine for an 11 month old.

If it is the quantity of milk she is drinking per feeding that you are concerned about, remember that breastfed babies rarely eat more than 3-4 oz per feeding the entire year.

Sounds great to me. Keep up the good work!
