Is there a master list of the prizes that you can check off as people select them? I'm #30, which is way down near the bottom of the list. It would be nice if there was an easy way to know what was left by the time my turn rolls around.

Let me get with PEM and see what we can do, Elffriend. I *think* in the past, as people have chosen their prizes, they've posted on a thread like this and said what they chose. Perhaps PEM can remove the numbers as the prizes are chosen to make it easier for everyone ~

While we are waiting for #638 to choose a prize, here's the info you need to claim yours ~
Since no one donated anonymously, feel free to contact the person who donated your prize and ask them to send it to you. I know you will, but PLEASE thank them again for their generous donation. If you need help finding that person, contact me, and I'll steer you in the right direction.
The original post asked that the prize be ready to ship no later than the 17th, but the possibility always exists that for some reason that may not be possible; i.e. circumstances beyond their control ~ sick child, freaky funky weather, childbirth...you know...the kinds of stuff that happen...lol....
While I'm confident everyone will get their prize, keep in mind it IS a weekend and some posters may not be around until Monday. If you don't receive a response from your donor by Tuesday morning, let me know.
I'm working Monday - Thursday next week and won't be able to check in until I get home each day, but I'll be in and out the rest of the weekend, so if you have any questions, or need any help with anything, send me a pm or do a "shout out" on the board for me.

I'm #30 and have been waiting patiently for hours for #514 to check in and pick something. It is bedtime now.
I don't know how early I will be able to get online tomorrow, but I don't want to hold up the line. If 514 doesn't choose the hat and scarf set I made, I will keep them as my prize and donate them to the local community centre which collects such things to give to those in need. If I don't hear back from ticket #514 (I've been trying to get in touch with her since yesterday) by 2:00 pm EDST, I'm going to go ahead and let the rest of you choose your prizes. I'll take responsibility for making sure she receives an equitable prize of what she would have chosen.
I'm terribly sorry you all have had to wait, because I know you are anxious to select a prize ~ we're going to figure out a better way to handle this type of situation for future raffles.

And the hold-up was TOTALLY not your fault, sweetie!! We just need to figure out a better way to reissue tickets when they are turned back in ~ that's my fault for not thinking ahead. I'm just glad you got to pick the prize you wanted!!

If someone refuses their prizes cause they've won too many times,
then you should draw new numers but they should go to the bottom of the list,
since technically they were drawn last, they should pick last.
that would give more time to notify those people to come and pick a prize and not hold things up.
