Hi-
I am an NYU student in a public health course and we are looking into what influences women to either formula feed or breast feed for a research project. I was wondering if you could take a few minutes (its very short) to answer a few questions on the attached survey. The survey is completely anonymous and we would really appreciate all the help we can get.
