1 candle, a cuddly teddy bear, a disposable camera, a travel pack of tissues, and the booklet "When Hello Means Goodbye". I'm also going to include a personal note from me expressing my sympathy and giving them Calypso's Site and my email because I've been through the Nicu to Heaven and am in the Paren'ts grief right now and so they can contact me if they need someone to listen.

What a great idea!

I think that is a great way to help other grieving parents who are going through the same or similar situation.

I am still so sorry for your loss.

If anything good could come out of it, it is this - you - helping others. You are such a strong woman.

Peace, Love and continued strength

I have found in life that doing for others gets me through many a rough time. You're on the right track. I appreciate all that you share here as well. Reminds me of how wonderful the world can be and the strength of the human spirit, even in times of tragedy and sadness.

This is truly a wonderful thing you are doing! I do something similar through a non-profit committee I am a part of at work. The committee was kind enough to finance my pet project after we lost our son. Now I put together baskets for the OB ward of our hospital to have on hand and give to parents whenever they loose a baby.
