I am so excited. The demo on the downstairs bathroom is being completed right now!! Some might recall I posted about 6 weeks ago when the bathroom flooded and ruined everything. Well, the restoration company is finally out starting the work to repair. In about 10 days I will have a whole new bathroom!!! I didn't like having to make a claim on our homeowners, but I guess this is what it is there for.

I would love to remodel my MIL's bathroom. Her bathroom is falling apart and the ceiling is about to collapse above the shower.
