My crazy neighbor has moved out! It took about 3mos for her to get her house but she finally got it. She is settled in and I can now sit on my front porch and blow bubbles with dd3 and enjoy my front yard and back yard with out her coming by with her random thoughts.
I am actually happy for her because her and her DH finally have their own home and after taking parenting classes they seem to be doing very well. The girls are so happy to have their own room now and a huge back yard that is not flea infested or covered with dog poop. They still go once a week to meet with a counselor and she is helping them take on their "new role" as sole care givers for the girls since they no long live with her DH's parents. Anyway I just wanted to share. Thanks for reading.
