Hey ladies, just signed back up with this website. I have not been on it since my youngest turned a year, he is 3 yrs. so it has been a little bit. My husband and I decided late last year to try for our third and final baby, much to our surprise we are getting twins in the summer. I nursed both of my kiddos and want to do it with these little critters but am VERY nervous on how to. I have started looking for a double nursing pillow, any recommendations on what is the best? Any other advice would be awsome, I just feel a little overwhelmed thinking how I will adapt to nursing two babies.....HELP! ;)

It's not easy, but perserverence pays off big time. Make sure that you pump so that you can have help with the babies. You will need it!
Other than that, the thing that worked the best for me was nursing both at the same time. it takes practice, but once you get it down, its easy!
Good luck!

Congrats!!.. first off, good luck to you. Dont be nervous, youll be fine. my suggestions, educate yourself!! there are lots of books and sites that can help you with info on nursing 2 at once. i would also find a lc that you like to have on hand. having a good lc can be a life saver. for pillows i know babies r us sells a double pillow.

Of course, you are going to be nervous you are having twins but remember to always stay calm!! I would suggest having help around for the first few months. Ask your mother or mother-in-law or family member to stay with you and help you out.
