What's for Dinner 4/7

It is a toss up between beef stew and brisket made pot roast style.
Both will be done in time for dinner, so some of may eat stew and some of brisket.
It didn't shrink as much as I thought it would, so I had to cut it in half so I could fit the veggies in. (After I had already cut a third of it off so that if would fit in the pan in the first place. "lol9" )

I have some salmon but not sure what to do with it tonight. Any ideas? :)

DH has asked me to make squash pizza. I don't know if I have enough squash, but I'll give it a try.

I like my salmon grilled or baked with Cajun seasoning. :) I like my fish pretty plain, I don't actually like it in with any other foods.

Yeah I don't like it mixed in either. I like fish either grilled or backed as well. Not sure what the best seasoning is though and I would like some kind of side dish. What goes good with salmon?

We have so much Ham right now - there is just no way we cannot have it again :) we cooked a big ham and ate some for dinner. I had ham for lunch. Perhaps Ham Omelette tonight? Ham Ham Ham

Salmon with a light creme sauce, yellow onions, capers, and grape tomatoes.

Slice red skin potatoes add some cloves of garlic, fresh rosemary, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook on a cookie sheet for 3-40 mins at 400.


We are having homemade pizza tonight. I'm doing a BBQ chicken pizza with bacon and red onion, a black olive pizza with garlic oil, and a pepperoni and G pepper with red sauce.

mmm maple glazed sounds good. I can't have dairy so I don't think creme sauce would work but the rosemary potatoes sound good. I've made something similar before. Thanks guys :) Now I know what we're having for dinner.

Dinner: Mozzarella Quesadillas with black beans and salsa. The kids had last nights leftovers.
