Well, this site (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/natural/patient-eucalyptus.html) says this, about eucalyptus:

Due to the known side effects of eucalyptus, and the unknown effects during pregnancy or breastfeeding, eucalyptus should be avoided by pregnant and breastfeeding women.

I'm pretty sure I've heard conflicting information about that one, though, and it might not have the same effect when applied topically, as opposed to ingested internally. You might consider asking a health care professional, like your doctor or midwife, to see what they think about it. I know that when I was pregnant with DS1, I was given a list of things to avoid, and eucalyptus wasn't on it. I know that doesn't necessarily mean it's safe, but it's something to consider.

This site (http://www.nutritiongeeks.com/spearmint-oil-now-1/spearmint-oil-now.html) says not to use spearmint oil during pregnancy. Again, I don't know if it makes a difference that you're using it topically.

This site (http://www.consciouschoice.com/2000/cc1304/herbs1304.html) has some info about the use of herbs during pregnancy.

I wouldn't mind using a bit of cream like that for a foot rub, now and then. I wouldn't want to use a stronger formulation (like a muscle rub, for example) on a regular basis. But that's just my opinion, unsupported by any facts whatsoever.
