I studied and re-took the test today. I did so well on the first part that it had me take an algebra test! I had no idea that might happen so I didn't study for it and missed that by 1 point! The good news is that my score in arithmetic was so good that I don't have to take three math classes now, I only have to take 1. I was hoping to only have to take 2 so 1 is definitely better!

thanks everyone, it felt so good to actually know what i was doing. well until they started giving me algebra questions, lol. a couple I had no idea but I really took my time and thought about it, did the problem using all of the options to find the answer. btw macabe, i completely get what you were saying now and i had a similar question that i knew how to do this time. i even got some of the algebra right from remembering back in high school.

thanks again for the support. now i know, with determination and studying i can do anything.

Great to hear, Hamm. And good luck with your new career path! I'm a bit jealous as I've been thinking about nursing school, too, and you're actually doing it!

Cool Hamm! I am so scared of taking courses this fall or winter, but you are right about the determination and studying.
