Uh, you let your kids jump on the bed?? While they sing that song? You know that is totally encouraging them to get hurt, right?!?!?!

LOL I couldn't even type that w/ a straight face! My kids constantly jump on whatever is around! It always strikes me as funny when they jump while singing that song, lol!

I'm bad mommy who lets her kids jump on the bed, too. My mom thinks I'm awful.

my kid badly broke her elbow jumping on the bed. I'm no hover mother, but that's one thing I try not to allow anymore.

Almost 2 yrs later and the elbow still hasn't healed properly. There's growth plate damage and she'll need further surgery eventually.

Yah, it actually scares me when mine do it. Mine would be the type to get a broken something or other. I always tell them not to, but it's been in vain so far. What bugged me was then they'd start doing it at their friends' houses and that is a BIG no-no.

Lately, though, they've been pushing the mattresses off and "sliding" on them. However, when they walked on the frame, they made a hole. Then there was three holes. Well, one day we're getting ready to leave and I'm freaking out because no one is answering me . I rush into DS's room to find their heads poking out of the 3 holes..like Whack A Mole.Omg, I was sooooo pissed!! I told them I was NOT getting a new frame and they could work around the house to help pay to fix it. I don't think it can be fixed, though

Mine jump all over everything. Solare that sucks about your dc's injury, but it can happen bike riding, going for hikes, watersliding...

I agree. A person who used to post here's son lost an eye riding his razor scooter. Accidents happen.
