Nonspecific generalized breast pain

My left breast hurts so much. I just noticed it this morning. It almost has the feel of a clogged duct, but I can usually find by feel a clogged duct, and work it out. This is the same soreness but not in one specific area.

Any ideas? I've had Serene nursing like crazy on that side but she's full and won't nurse any more.

Are there any red or hot spots?

There are some pink splotcy areas but nothing I would call red or hot.

do you eat yogurt I would suggest that some times I think I start on a yeast infection hurts a little mostly iches/splotchy and then I eat yogurt and it goes away could just be a quicnkydink but maybe not.

I would also try an ice pack just for a little to relive some pain.

The last time I had mastitis, it felt like general bruising in the breast. The redness showed up later. I would go ahead and follow plugged duct/mastitis protocol as well. Hot compresses always helped breast pain for me.
