"The CSEA will not pursue the establishment of alimony, which requires the services of a private attorney. However, it is the responsibility of a CSEA to administer the order for alimony-only cases following a divorce, alimony without child support (if it was court ordered), or alimony as a separate order from the child support. "

What does "administer" mean here? will they collect it? garnish wages?treat it like child support?

That's what it sounds like.

Yeah... they keep track of how much is paid, where/when/how it is paid, etc. And charge a fee for it, of course.

There are no fees that I can find, other than the $25 application fee.

I really don't think STBX will stop paying, he VOLUNTEERED to pay extra child support and alimony, and he truly cares deeply about our kids, but he is terrible about paying bills on time, and he has terrible and impulsive spending habits, so if he is negative in his checking account on his payday, he might not be able to manage paying and I'm glad to know that I can get not only child support collected, but alimony too! ***Happy Dance***
