We sold our house & we close tomorrow!

We got 10K less than asking (we inflated for negotiation purposes), however, it was bought for the amount it appraised for!

We leave the state in 11 days...

I cant remember it being on the market that long, though I could be wrong.

my up the lane neighboors have their house for sale. I dont want to see them go, they are a nice older couple. I honestly cant see their place selling though. its a huge, well mantained house with an aditional appt, large fenced in yard, several small garages and one large garage/barn. it also has historical value. the people that have the kind of money to spend on it are most likely going to buy or build their own.

Almost 4 months.

However, we live in a military community, and homes sell here quicker than a lot of other areas, we also have a home with unique features for the area.
