so i have been struggling with this for two weeks. i drank the mag citrate last night and nothing happened! well i drank a bottle of something similar to it that had to be diluted in water.

so, i have been running back and for to the bathroom for the last hour but one remaining problem i have is that there is a guest at the exit door that is stalky and wont leave the building. how do i get it out? the other watery poo is just going around it.

and how long if i get it all cleared out does it take to get back to normal poos?

I don't know where my post went. Anyway, I'm not very patient so I'm recommending the glove up and dig approach. I think a spoon would be too ouchy, but if you decide to try it, warm it up first!

the last thing i am going to try is a milk and molasses enema. i was able to go after i drank another mag citrate, but it just went around the blockage...sigh.

I hate to say it, but you might need an enema... Does your doctor know about this?

Have you tried KY? You could also try a soap suds enema and lay on your left side as long as you can before going to the bathroom.

Digital impaction removal. If you have insurance, I would suggest you let a doctor or nurse dig around in there instead of doing it yourself. It will get done much easier and you don't have to make a mess. Glycerin suppositories always worked for me. There is no reasoning with the poo if it is so stubborn that suppositories could not even break it. Bless your heart! I hope it comes out soon!
