Hey guys, I'm new to Breastfeeding.com and just heard about this stroller workout. I've got a book about the program on hold at my local library and before I pick it up I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about it. The book is Lean Mommy: bond with your baby while getting in shape with the Stroller Strides program. I also need advice on starting an exercise program while nursing. I don't want to decrease my supply.

You can exercise without impacting your supply. What you really need to watch is your food intake. If you lose more than a pound, a pound and a half a week, you will likely have a serious supply decrease. Make sure you drink plenty of water, eat lots of healthy food (think lean protein, fruits, veggies, whole grains and beans) and you can exercise as much as feels good.

Moderate exercise may actually INCREASE supply. We have lots of runners and other exercisers here. I'm getting in shape for my first triathlon.
