I am re-lactating for my 6 month old who only nursed for the first week and a half. I have regretted stopping and about a month ago started my journey into re-lactating. I am up to 2 - 2.5 ounces a day pumping. Is there any chance at all to get her to latch??

You've done that hardest part, getting the milk back. I wouldnt worry about getting her to latch. Just keep at it and I would think things would happen.

Yes, there is a real possibility. But you will have to keep a finger close to keep your baby from biting while she learns how to latch- since the bottle nipple encourages a baby to bite down.

I'd recommend that you start by pumping or hand expressing to get a letdown, and then try latching on your baby- and pick a time when she isn't starvingly hungry.

I know at WIC they (usually) have a free LC that may be able to help. You could go into one of those offices and talk to them.
Question, how long did it take you to get that much milk while pumping? Did you use any supplements?
