hi, why the breast milk leaks during the first 2 Or 6 months after delivery. it is quite embarrasing for me..whats the basic logic behind it. will it occur for the next pregnancy period?

You won't leak while pregnant, most likely. But yes, there will probably be some more leakage when nursing the next baby. I found that there was less leakage with the second baby, but by then, I was tandem nursing, so if there was extra milk, I always had someone to take care of that...

Get some reusable or disposable breast pads and you are good to go! Of course they get wet with breastmilk so be sure to let your nips air dry so that you are not at risk for a yeast infection.
I was never very leaky but I used the Medela disposable nursing pads the first few months. They worked well for me.
