Bronchioscopy procedure, 3yr.old BF Help!

My 3yr. old will be having a Bronochiscopy procedure tomorrow and I was told no BM after 1am.
He has been having breathing difficulty and we are thinking he might have Vocal Cord Disfunction.
I need to be able to BF him through out the night.
Can I still BF up to that point?
Has anyone gone threw this with a 3year?
Is it dangerous?

Catina,
Every procedure has risks. You might weight the risks of doing the procedure versus the risks of not having it done. The pulmonologist should review the risks and benefits of the procedure in detail prior to the bronch.

Yes, you can BF up to 1:00 a.m., nothing past that to reduce the risk of aspiration during the procedure.
