LOOOOVE this site.
I just scored Keen boots for my dd2 for $ 25. They retail for $ 60. Love me a good bargain LOL. I am a shoe freak :), meaning that I believe that good shoes are a MUST especially for kids. They need to be made out of leather (breathe) and be flexible. For the winter, they need to be warm as well. These will also look super cute on dd (admittedly, that is one criteria for me as well ;)):
