Nursing and a cold sore

Jack has a cold sore. I saw it after I nursed him this morning. It's his first, but I'm sure that's what it is. I've been paranoid about Christina all day. Anything I can do now to prevent the virus from passing to her. Is there a risk of it passing to her because of him nursing this morning?

All is well =). It's just very busy. Jack adores Christina. Christina is a very easy baby. Right now I'm just worried about keeping her healthy. Everything I read about cold sores causes me more worry.
