Adoption Breastfeeding Protocol

I am following the Dr. Jack Newman protocol for breastfeeding an adopted child as stated on The Ask Lenore website. However it isn't clear what the most effective and safest birthcontrol pill is. Do you have any suggestions? I have ordered the Domperidone. Is a low estrogen Yaz pill the best choice? I have been given a prescription for that. But I want the most effective pill as safest if possible.
