I am going back to work in a week. I have my 3 month year kind of on a schedule. I will have to leave an hour earlier and would have to wake her up almost 2 hours earlier than she gets up normally. SHould I just pump in the am and have my DH give her a bottle before the babysitter comes or should I nurse her in the am.

IDK what the "right" answer is, but for me, yes. Because if not I would only be nursing in the evening and once during the night. I need to nurse more than that to keep my supply up and I would not pump enough at work.
But when I did, I would nurse her in bed and she would go right back to sleep.
If you do decide to not nurse her, could you pump in the car on the way to work, or pump before you leave?

What worked for me was nursing AND pumping in the morning. There is a huge volume of milk and I wanted my breasts empty before being away for so long. My son could nurse without really waking up and if he did then as Candi said, he would go right back to sleep.

I agree that nursing and/or pumping in the morning would be beneficial to your supply in the long run. Chances are she might just end up waking on her own to nurse before you leave once she figures out your no longer there to nurse her upon her normal waking hours.
