When do my breasts start producing milk?

Hi

I am 32 weeks pregnant.

I am a bit confused. When do my breasts start producing milk? or preparing for breastfeeding?

I dont wanna get any shocks..

Any information will be handy.

Breasts begin to produce milk around the 20-24th weeks of pregnancy.
Whether you feel like there is milk in there or not, relax and rest assured there is. Leaking during pregnancy is more UNusual than usual.
If you have not enrolled in a prenatal breastfeeding class, I highly suggest you do.
Your local hospital and/or WIC office has classes. If you are unable to attend classes, let us know here on the boards and we can suggest some books for you to read.
