Nipple question?

Hi! I recently discovered something new on my daughter. Last week as I was changing her clothes, I happened to push down on her left nipple and noticed a weird somewhat bump under her nipple. If you push down right on/over her nipple, you can feel a "ball"...this is on her left breast. Her right one seems to be ok. Not sure how long she's had this.... I don't remember ever feeling this ball. Any suggestions on what it might be? She's got her well baby check on 01/15/2010.

Could be many different things, impossible to say over email.
It needs to be evaluated by your doctor.
