Haven't Breastfed for a week

I'm waiting for a new breast pump to deliver to my house because my 3 week old child doesn't take my nipple. I haven't breastfed for a week. Do I have to get rid of my milk that's in my breast now before I give to my daughter? and if so, how much should I throw out?

I dont really understand your question.
Why would you want to throw out breastmilk? Are you on medications that you are concerned about?
Have you seen a lactation consultant to assess why your baby will not latch?
Resulting to pumping only will create a lot of extra work, it would in the end be much easier and have better results for you to get her back on the breast.
Are you feeding formula via bottle?
Answer these questions and we'll go from there.
